An inspection found a previously built storage shed visible from the street. I contacted our Permit Department to verify if this address had obtain a permit prior to it being built. No permit had been pulled. A notice was posted to the door instructing them to obtain a permit for the storage shed.

I attempted to make contact via phone but no answer or voice mail. I will try again on Monday morning. (9/26/22)

I attempted to make contact via phone with the numbers we have on file but no answer on any of those. I will post a second notice for the homeowner to give me a call concerning this violation.

A second yellow notice was posted to the door asking for homeowner to give me a call.

The homeowner returned my call and left a message. I called him back and got his voice mail which was full. I will try to reach him in the morning.

Code enforcement part of this complaint is complete. This issue has been forwarded to our Building Official.
