I arrived at the residence for Private Property Issues request. I observed the homeowner had a Blue Nissan Truck with a flat tire and a Basketball goal up with fiberglass backboard covering missing. A violation notification was left at the home giving the homeowner 10 days to correct the violations. The homeowner came out and explained that the flat tire would be fixed today and that she would see about fiberglass put back on the basketball goal.

I conducted a follow up at the residence for Private Property Issues. I observed that the homeowner replaced the flat tire on that was on the truck and put the fiberglass backboard back on the basketball goal. All issues at the property have been corrected. The request will be closed.
