  On 2.16.24 Officer Ardoin received a complaint #16067228 on SeeClickFix for private property issues. Officer Ardoin observed the garage door off the tracks, deteriorated fascia boards, high weeds & grass and cedar trees needing to be trimmed over the street and over the sidewalk. The violation section of the City Ordinance Section 30-33(a)(3), 30-33(a),(1) and IPMC sec.304.6 of the Missouri City Code of Ordinances and the International Property Maintenance Code. Photos taken. A notice of violation sent.
