Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16100851 on 2/23/2024 for a garbage complaint located at 3442 Havershire Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed multiple bags of mulch stored on the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-33(a)(2) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 2/29/2024 at 3442 Havershire Dr. regarding a garbage violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed bags of mulch are still in public view a certified letter will be mailed to the property owner.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/7/2024 at 3442 Havershire Dr. regarding a garbage violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed bags of mulch that were stored on the driveway have been removed and is out of public view. The garbage violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed in SCF.
