This home should be very familiar with the City. He erected a fence on City property and was required to take it down. He now has an orange one that has fallen down and exposed the pool to the public and off of the golf course. It is an ongoing issue as well as the gutter falling off of the back of the house also.

Pool is dark green and getting stagnant.

This home is abandoned and the grass is uncut as well as the shrubs are unsightly. The grass is higher than what the City or the HOA allows.

This resident uses a lawn service that cuts their yard on Fridays and then puts the bagged leaves & grass clippings on the curb along with tree limbs this time. It sits for days. They need to be informed that the lawn service needs to take it with them or put in WCA containers, not left on the curb until heavy trash day. And that trash service does not come on week-ends any more.

These people have been gone now for well over a month and their grass is high, over the curb, bushes uncut, and it has been so long that there is a vine growing up into the hub cap of the wheel on a vehicle in the driveway that has not been moved in over a month either. When people go out of town for weeks at a time, they need to have someone take care of their yard. In this case, they don't do it when they are home either.
