    This light is the literal bane of my existence and steals minutes of my day, every day, due to its unreasonable length. People going up Oak Street have significantly more priority and time than those going up Alden, while trying to turn onto Oak is even more impossible. Every day, there are at least ten cars lined up in each direction, while we watch for minutes as a one to two cars are prioritized over people that aren't even guaranteed to make it through the next light given the ridiculous restrictions.

    The owners of these apartments are responsible for cutting the tenants grass. They don't cut it and the bushes in the front are growing onto the sidewalk. It is causing a mosquito problem. The tenants in the front apartment cut some grass around their spot,but that's not their responsibility. They are afraid to say anything.

    Came this morning and cut a 2 foot path by road. Realize it is wet with all the rain, bad choice of days to try and cut. Need machine with arm on it to be able to cut better when dries out a little more. Thanks anyway for trying
