Fence falling down and boards missing. Siding falling off home.

Garbage on the side of the garage and can be seen by street at the end and along the canal going down the path and from the bridge and is a mess.

Dead tree in yard beginning to lean toward road,.

Grass not cut. Branch on ground.

They store their trash, etc., outside at the side of the house in front of the fence which is visible from the street. This is a permanent storage they do and not temporary.

It's a mess. Garbage cans and other junk stored in front of garage. Lawn needs cut. The storage of junk in front of garage is always going on. Look at the maps google photos and you can even see it in there. Needs corrected.

They consistently leave the garbage cans/trash, etc. in front of their garage easily seen from the street

Mildew all over the side of the wall on house at side of garage.

Paint peeling off and after almost a year still not repainted. Also fence is falling down and has planks missing. This is the garage part of the house at the corner of Meadowview Dr. and Quail Meadow Dr. so it is especially ugly with paint peeling off and fence issues.

Although I continue to report this it keeps being archived by B. Terrell and S, Patterson with no explanation or resolution of the mildew vacated/abandoned house matter. This house is deplorable and something needs to be done. Please give us an explanation of resolution and do not archive the report.

Fence falling down for some time and not fixed

This vehicle sat in the driveway of of 3722 Quail Meadow Drive for months. After a clickfix violation on their property regarding trash they have moved the Uhaul Van on the street curb up from them. Been abandoned several weeks sitting there.

Fence has been torn up for months.

Tall Grass. Garbage all over.
