  Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #15733099 for a PRIVATE PROPERTY complaint located at 1814 KINGMAN DR. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed, what appeared to be a vagrant running from inside the home, (1) with no front door and appearance of (2) no back door, as you can see straight thru the home. There are (3) 2 broken windows on the front, (4) the fence is broken on the left of the home making the (5) garbage in the backyard visible from the from the street. There are (6) barbeque grills and (7) trash receptacles on the driveway in front of the garage. (8) The garage is broken there is no header. (9) The lawn has high grass and weeds in some places more than 9 inches and the (10) fascia boards and (11) gutters are hanging off the home,(12) along with squirrels entering thru opening of the roof, all of which can be viewed from the street, all in violation of, of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Placard Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was posted at the front lawn.

  Inspector Venters discovered a newly added address and will be mailed certified letter today.

  CODE INSPECTOR VENTERS HAS REQUESTED RECIEVED SIGNED CERTIFIED LETTER TRACKING BACK FROM HOMEOWNER, TIME HAS BEEN GIVEN TO BRING PROPERTY UP TO COMPLIANCE. OPEN STRUCTURE EMAIL HAS BEEN FOWAREDED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIALS TO HAVE THE PROPERTY SECURED.THIS CASE IS BEING FORWARDED TO THE COURTS.

  Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #15733099 for a PRIVATE PROPERTY complaint located at 1814 KINGMAN DR. Inspector Venters and Officer B. Terrell arrived at the property and observed, all of the windows on the front of the home have been broken out, the fence is broken on the left of the home making the garbage in the backyard visible from the from the street. The garage is broken there is no header. The lawn has high grass and weeds more than 9 inches the fascia boards are rotted and gutters are hanging off the home, exterior soffit board over the front door is rotted, all of which can be viewed from the street, all in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Placard Notice of Abatement was posted at the front lawn, and court affidavits have been filed.
