Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #15865373 Tree/Brush-Hazard, Prohibited Conditions located at 3219 ASHMONT LANE. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed, TREE LIMBS ON THE LAWN,TREE BRANCHES OVER THE STREET THAT NEED TO BE CUT, AND A TREE THAT APPEARS TO BE POSSIBLY DEAD(ONLY AN LICENSED AND CERTIFIED ARBORIST COULD MAKE THAT DETERMINATION) that can be viewed from the street, in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. INSPECTOR VENTERS SPOKE WITH THE TENANTS USING GOOGLE TRANSLATE, Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation WAS GIVEN TO the TENANTS WITH time to correct.

ON 1/23/24 CODE INSPECTOR VENTERS AND FORESTER P. WEIRZBICKI WENT TO 3219 ASHMONT LN TO DO AN OBSERVATION ON THE COMPLAINT OF A DEAD TREE. PICTURES WERE TAKEN AND A LETTER OF WITH THE FINDINGS WILL BE SENT TO THE OWNER ON FILE.

Inspector S. Venters followed up on complaint #15865373 on for a DEAD TREE violation located at 3219 ASHMONT LN. Inspector S. Venters arrived to the property FOR A FOLLOW UP ON 5/8/2024 and observed THAT THE DEAD TREE HAS BEEN CUT DOWN& that violations can NO LONGER be viewed from the street OR go against Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the property, this case is being closed. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE COURTS TO UPDATE THIS CASE.
