Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #16048440 for a PRIVATE PROPERTY complaint located at 12611 BRANDON BEND DR. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed, from the Morgan Run side by the park it is visible from the park that the fence is down in sections on the back and is dilapidated in other sections there is garbage in the backyard and the grass is high. This is visible from the park, which can be viewed from the street. This is in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was posted at the front door.

During a follow up inspection conducted on 3/14/2024 by Officer S. Patterson upon arrival I observed the violation has been corrected and this scf will be closed.
