Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #16068428 for a RV/TRAILERS complaint located at 1843 WOOD ORCHARD. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed, A TRAILER PARKED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY , which can be viewed from the street. This is in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was GIVEN TO THE HOMEOWNER.

A follow-up inspection was conducted on 3/14/24 regarding a RV/Trailers violation, namely a trailer on the property. Upon arrival, I observed the trailers had been removed from the property at the time of my follow-up inspection.

The RV/Trailers violation has been corrected, and this SCF request will be closed..
