Several homeowners are placing trash cans in front of property visible from the street. list of homes with this problem - 7207 Pigeon Clove, 3326,3430 & 3402 Plymouth Pointe Ln., 7206 & 7219 Shadyside, 7211 & 7227 Colony Bend and 7315 Moonbeam. All houses are in the same small subdivision (Landing). These homeowners are bad about following city codes.
