There is a sinkhole forming on the Southwest corner of this intersection. The sinkhole is next to the storm grate. Please fix this before it swallows the house on the corner, a car, a bicycle, or a pedestrian.

This lot is overgrown with tall weeds. In the back lot, there is actually a weed tree (not talking about cannabis, but a weed that has turned into a tree because it has been growing there so long). Please have someone cut this lot and cut that tree out. The weed tree is actually prolific and I find myself cutting its "saplings" down from time to time in the alleyway. This one is too big for me to cut...

The gutter grate on the South Bound right lane of Broad, on the Northwestern corner of this intersection is filled with debris and refuse. This is problematic as rain water will have no escape path from the pavement.
